Will Co. (ECWd) –
We just learned that US Attorney Zachary T. Fardon has issued another subpoena regarding malfeasance we have exposed at Lincoln-Way D210. In this case, however, the subpoena was issued to the Frankfort Square Park District Executive Director Jim Randall.
They are seeking;
“Any and all records related to the Frankfort Square Park District’s (FSPD) relationship with Superdog Obedience Training School. This information would include all contracts / agreements with Superdog or Lincoln-Way District 210 regarding operations/use of Superdog, a record of all communications between FSPD, Superdog and District 210 related to the operation of Superdog and all records related to Lawrence Wyllie’s use of Superdog to include all records of classes attended and payments made by Wyllie or his family to FSPD. “
Our first article on the malfeasance committed by former Superintendent Lawrence Wyllie was January 1st of this year in this article. A follow-up article here pointed to further validation that Wyllie had not followed the law. Reviewing the Subpeona it is clear Wyllie is the target of this investigation, however, we can only hope the board members that allowed this to happen are held accountable as well as this was all under their watch.
We are more than pleased to see these legal steps being taken and in such a short period of time, all things considered. Our first Article regarding Lincoln-Way was December 22nd, of 2105, in this article that exposed half a billion of bond debt the school is carrying. Since then, combined with many other local media reports and calls for criminal complaints to be filed it would appear those cries for help have been heard! Thank you to the hard-working folks at 219 S. Dearborn!
