BREAKING: Gunfight At Kansas IL. Public Housing Complex –

KANSAS, ILL. (ECWD) –

Gun fire rang out outside the Kansas, Illinois public housing complex.

An apparent dispute between family and friends of family members ended up in a gunfight outside Kansas public housing this afternoon.

Multiple departments arrived on the scene and provided assistance.

The incident ended up with one person shot and, in the hospital, and one deceased after LifeFlight to emergency room, in an apparent self-inflicted gunshot wound.
