Champaign Co., IL. (ECWd) –
During this morning’s hearing, which we livestreamed, the County Clerk and Plaintiff McGuire came to an agreement regarding the lawsuit filed last week which resulted in a TRO and a later reversal of the TRO, and today’s hearing
According to an agreed statement read in open court by Defendant Ammon’s attorney:
“The parties have reached resolution of the remaining issues in this matter. The County Clerk and the Plaintiff have identified additional practices regarding testing of election printers, and the observations which gave rise to this suit have been clarified to the satisfaction of all parties.
The State’s Attorney and County Clerk welcome all reports, questions, or ideas regarding election processes.
All paper used to test election printers shall be secured and preserved for the time of testing until 60 days following the election.“
Plaintiff then voice-motioned to voluntarily dismiss the lawsuit in question.

Posted at 07:54h, 08 NovemberSadly too many in government don’t believe that to be true. Elite think they should be able to do what they want with no questions asked. If you dare ask be prepared for the wrath and lies they will attack you with to make sure no one sees the truth. Too many in government who believe the elected are a ruling class instead of being a people to govern by the people and FOR the people.
Oh wait, they are for a few people I.e. friends and family. “To hell with the rest of you! Serve me!”
Votes matter!
