McHenry County (ECWd) –
On October 25, 2019, McHenry County’s Risk Management Coordinator Lisa Shamhart filed a Petition for an Emergency Stalking / No Contact Complaint in McHenry County Circuit Court against Attorney Mary McClellan.
Judge Johnson entered the Emergency Stalking / No Contact Order, which remains in effect until the Hearing scheduled for November 15th, 2019 at 9:00 a.m.
McClellan is the former McHenry County Clerk, former McHenry County Board Member, former candidate for Circuit Judge, previously asked to be appointed as Associate Judge, and is currently a Candidate for McHenry County Circuit Judge in the 2020 election, according to her website (here).
Phone calls for comment to the contact number listed on McClellan’s campaign website went unanswered.

The same woman lawyer who only got 10% approval rating from the local bar assoc. when she ran for judge last time. (an unprecedented LOW) The same woman who got elected to Clerk, and her first order of business was to hire her derelict husband to increase her household income on the taxpayers.
