Charleston, Ill. (ECWd) –
According to a Coles County Sheriff’s Department Press Release, Andrew Towell and Katelynn Bowman, both from Paris, Illinois, were arrested for the theft of a side-by-side UTV from an Ashmore, Illinois location.
The UTV was later recovered in Edgar County and returned to the rightful owner.
