The United States Supreme Court released their decision on the DOBBS, STATE HEALTH OFFICER OF THE MISSISSIPPI DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH, ET AL. v. JACKSON WOMEN’S HEALTH ORGANIZATION ET AL.
“Held: The Constitution does not confer a right to abortion; Roe and Casey are overruled, and the authority to regulate abortion is returned to the people and their elected representatives.”
I would urge everyone, regardless of your leaning on this decision, to read the entire opinion as it is filled with a substantial amount of historical information and in my opinion, one of the most educational Constitutional legal lessons I have ever read.
The other value in reading it you will know the truth rather than what the media pundits want to tell you about it.
