Randy Peterson appeared in Vermillion Co. Court: Bench Trial Set –

VERMILLION CO., IN. (ECWd) –

Randy Peterson appeared in Vermillion County Court this morning for his initial hearing on the Motion to Revoke Probation for his DUI earlier this year. While on probation, Peterson was arrested and charged in Edgar County with Domestic Battery / Physical Contact.

He advised the court he intended on hiring his own counsel.

Date for Bench Trial on Revocation was set for February 28, 2018 at 2:00 p.m.
