College of DuPage redefines “substantial number of records” –

College of DuPage – (ECWd) –

A short time after posting the previous COD article on FOIA noncompliance, the requested records arrived in an email.

What a surprise this was! We were chomping at the bit to finally feast our eyes on the “substantial number of records” mentioned in the 5-day extension letter – that by their sheer numbers, needed a total of 10 days to compile and read.

Bracing for a long reading task ahead, I fixed a sandwich and a fresh cup of coffee in order to casually read all of these records.

I seized the moment and opened the attachment. At that very moment in history, all 58 WORDS and ONE PAGE filled the screen. I was so amazed at the opportunity to finally glance at these substantial numbers of records that I could not yet fathom the effort put in to produce them.

How proud the College must be to finally get this task off of their hands…I’m sure it took them a substantial number of man-hours to complete. Mission accomplished.

Read the substantially voluminous records below (don’t print it, you might run out of ink):

How much do you cost the taxpayers of DuPage County with this nonsense?

Go back to the woods and dig a hole and hop in.
