PARIS, IL. (ECWd) –

I just saw an upside down truck!

That was the statement buzzing around town today before and after the annual Honey-Bee parade in Paris, Illinois.

The vehicle is a 1995 Ford F-150 that was hand-built upside down by an individual from Clinton, Illinois.

It is completely street legal and is driven to and from each parade he enters. It is owned and operated by Rick and Kathy Sullivan and was built at Kathy’s Collision Center in Clinton, Illinois.

This vehicle has been in parades all around Illinois this summer and he decided to drop by Paris to support a candidate.
