Madison Co., IL. (ECWd) –
On November 3, 2020, Madison County State’s Attorney Tom Gibbons sent a letter to the Illinois Attorney General asking his office to review certain emails sent from the county’s email server and determine if any of them constitute evidence of criminal activity.
On September 16, 2020, we published some of those emails (HERE), including the email about bringing schoolgirls to a political meeting.
At a subsequent meeting, the Madison County Board asked Gibbons to review the emails and ask for an opinion from the Attorney General.
The emails, ranging from between 2007 to 2016, were discovered thru an FOIA request.
We will update this article as more information becomes available.

Posted at 18:39h, 25 NovemberThe issue here is a sitting States Attorney is asking the Attorney General if a crime has been committed because the County Board asked him too. It gives the impression that if they hadn’t forced his hand he condoned it.

Posted at 14:00h, 24 NovemberHmmmmm, it was “penned” on Nov 3 rd but what is the likelihood he waited until after the election to send this “letter” about evidence he knew existed for over a decade, how lame.
