Embattled Bellmont Mayor flips off Trustee during public meeting –

Bellmont, IL. (ECWd) –

Towards the end of the Village of Bellmont’s July public meeting this week, Mayor Gary Lance had a few words with a Trustee and ended up flipping him off during the meeting (video below).

Mayor Lance, earlier this year, filed several court actions for Restraining Orders against several residents who were simply exercising their First Amendment rights under the Constitution.

This issue stems from Lance’s illegal use of the village’s tractor on his private property, which was caught on video.

Those restraining orders were tossed by the Court, Lance pled the Fifth Amendment (against self-incrimination) during the trial, and even admitted to having provided perjured testimony, and virtually admitted there were no legitimate reasons for him to file for the restraining orders in the first place.

At a later court date for sanctions and attorney fees, Lance failed to appear in court and was ordered to appear in Wabash County Circuit Court on July 23, 2020.

Great! Beautiful! Boss Hog middle fingers the world around him when the facts regarding his behavior are revealed. Now that he’s tangled in the web of justice; the world watches and waits in silent anticipation for it’s delivery.
