Tri-State FPD – More Orrico Misrepresentations

By Kirk Allen & John Kraft

On August 19, 2015

DuPage Co. (ECWd)
Just as I stated in the last article on this character, he has misrepresented the facts in his resignation letter.
I stated in this article: “We will request a copy of the resignation letter as I am sure it will be filled with more misrepresentations as it appears that is the norm for this character.”
From the top!

  • His resignation is dated August 6th, 2015, which happens to be the date of my first article. Interesting that he dated it the 6th but did not turn it in to the FPD trustees until the 12th.
  • He claimed he recently purchased a home in Joliet when in fact the purchase was back in March, which is when he should have resigned.
  • He claims the work on this home is nearly complete and he no longer will reside in the district.  I guess he can’t read either.  He has not been a resident of the district since the day he purchased the house and claimed the tax deduction.

And once again, the FPD should consider getting a new FOIA officer.  As you can see in the resignation letter, the signature was redacted however we redacted it, not the FOIA officer.  I know if I was a member of that department and my signature was getting released I would not be very happy!
