Clark Co. Park District Open Meetings lawsuit update –

Clark Co., IL. (ECWd) –

The Clark County Park District’s attorney has filed two Motions. One is a Motion to Dismiss (here), the other is a Motion for Sanctions (here) and its accompanying memo (here).

I filed my responses to their Motions last Friday. These (click here) are my Motion to File Amended Complaint, the Amended Complaint and accompanying Memorandum. These (click here) deal with answering their Motion to Dismiss and Motion for Sanctions.

There is a hearing scheduled for April 30 at 10:00 a.m. in Clark County.
