On August 4, 2026, the Shelby County Circuit Court DENIED the Shelby County State’s Attorney’s Motion to Dismiss our FOIA case number 2025-CH-9 and ordered the county to answer the complaint within 45 days.

Sad when a state’s attorney works harder to protect elected officials than she does her constituents. She puts Shelby county in harms way by her inability to function in her position.
