Will Co., Ill. (ECWd) –
Jackie Traynere, Will County Board Member, has been found guilty of two counts of computer tampering.
On August 19, 2025, Traynere was charged with three counts of computer tampering, and today the Court found her guilty of Counts 1 and 2, and not guilty of Count 3. They were Class B Misdemeanors.
In 2024, Traynere unlawfully accessed the email account of the “opposing party” and forwarded one of the emails to another person, then apparently deleted the email she forwarded from the sent folder of the opposing board member so that member would not realize someone accessed her email account.
Sentencing is scheduled for April 7, 2026, and 10:00 a.m., which is the same date and time as her scheduled jury trial of charges incurred after she hit a child on a bicycle with her car, then left the scene – last fall (here).
Traynere is on the ballot for reelection.

Are you kidding me? Wow. Hopefully the people of her district will vote her out instead of just marking an “R” or a “D.” I don’t care what party a candidate belongs to, We the People need to fire the idiots, crooks, and “ists” of all stripes.

Nothing new here people, the politicians we elect in good faith to serve us are AGAIN and AGIAN proven to be liars, hypocrites, manipulators and …crooks! Do you need more proof that “our democracy” is a fancy way of (((them))) naming the political system where “the politicians we elected in good faith to serve us are AGAIN and AGAIN proven to be liars, hypocrites, manipulators and …crooks!”
She is to be sentenced on these charges the same day and time her trial begins on the accident charges? She must have been drinking to leave an injured child… who does that? I hope she is voted out. She does not seem like a very nice person.
