Former Fire District Trustee Completed First Restitution Payment of $100,000 –

Coles Co., Ill. (ECWd) –

As part of his guilty plea and sentencing, Kyley Willison was required to pay $236,000 in restitution, with his first payment due on or before June 16, 2025, in the amount of $100,000.

On June 16, 2025, he posted two payments, one for $32,000 and one for $23,525 (according to Judici).

On June 20, 2025, he posted $44,745, putting hit total restitution at $100,270 so far, with a remaining balance of $134,790.

His next payment of $50,000 is due on or before August 16, 2025.

Following the payment schedule was a condition of his probation.
