Dolton, Ill. (ECWd) –
A permanent injunction was issued against Dolton Mayor Tiffay Henyard, and the former police chief, attorney, and “village administrator” of Dolton.
Three Dolton Trustees were granted a temporary injunction in September 2024, against Henyard’s attempts an unlawfully appointing a village administrator, village attorney, and police chief, and attempting to fire the current village administrator, among other things.
Henyard and the other Defendants elected not to file an answer to the Complaint, waived their right to a Hearing, and agreed to this entry of a permanent injunction.
Henyard and other defendants agreed to “abide by and follow all current village ordinance and village codes” . . .
