Minimum for the 1812-03…parcel (see appraisal) was set at $6500 (or a total for this 80 acres of $520,000) and this bid was $8,201.00 per acre (or a total for this 80 acres of $656,080).
Minimum for the 1812-04…parcel (see appraisal) was set at $8000 (or a total for this 156 acres of $1,248,000), and this bid was $11,302.55 per acre (or a total for this 156 acres of $1,763,197.80).
