Shelby Co., Ill. (ECWd) –
Chris Boehm’s (son of Mugshot Teresa Boehm) criminal pre-trial is set for August 21, 2024, at 10:00 in Shelby County Courthouse, Courtroom A.
Boehm was charged with Obstruction of Service of Process, “in that the said defendant knowingly resisted or obstructed the authorized service of a subpoena for appearance before the Grand Jury of Shelby County, Illinois, in that the said defendant hid inside his house and would not answer the door for Special Investigator Michael Holmes with the knowledge that Michael Holmes was attempting an authorized and lawful service of process.”
