Hinsdale, Ill. (ECWd) –
With deep sadness, we report that Adam Andrzejewski, CEO and founder of Open The Books – “Every Dime. Online. In Real Time.” passed away over the weekend. See Press Release below.
As former candidate for Governor of Illinois, Adam campaigned on his vision of Every Dime. Online. In Real Time., and tirelessly pursued that vision.
America has lost a tireless watchdog and patriot, who worked to expose corruption in government at every level.
Open the Books will be one of his lasting legacies.
We were proud to consider him a close friend, personally and professionally.
Our deepest condolences to his wife and daughters.

Posted at 09:07h, 24 SeptemberThis comes as a SHOCK to me, a true loss.. He was a good friend. On his Mom’s side, the Norris family, is one of the oldest settlers in Blackberry Township.
Adam was proud of that history, as well as of his Polish ancestry on his Dad’s side.
Adam was a fighter for truth and better government. I got to know him because we shared those goals.
He once told me his wish to be buried in the Norris ancestral plot in the old Blackberry Township Cemetery on Green Road, south of Elburn.
May that be so, and may he forever rest there in peace.

Posted at 09:22h, 21 AugustMy husband and I followed Adam’s extraordinary career and understood that he was one the greatest political leaders, elected or not, of our times· Brilliantly moral, super smart, unbiased and unbelievable in his determination to blow away fraud destroying our world.
The timing of his death came when Tim Walz $250 million COVID bungle and Joe Biden’s $8 Billion gift to Intel as the company just fired 15,000 would have been superseded by Alex reporting on these catastrophic failures. I pray in honor of such a noble sacrifice Adam
gave to people he never met, these stories are reported
with urgency. I lived in Barrington for years with parents distraught over Chicago corruption. Adam saved
Chicago and then the country. I will miss him. My husband and I send our condolences to his wife and children. Karen

Posted at 16:57h, 20 AugustTo My Brother Adam
Thank you for your wisdom, courage and determination to Open the Books. Your efforts exposed public corruption and government waste at the local, state and national level. Your dedication and business acumen were instrumental in exposing sweetheart deals and the flagrant abuse and theft of taxpayer dollars. No one fought that battle better than you Adam. Your forensic accounting skills and keen eye in identifying government waste were unparalleled.
Adam, you were a visionary, role model, and gentleman in the truest sense for We the People. I am forever grateful for your selfless acts of kindness, and dedication to your friends, neighbors and fellow citizens. You looked out for me. You protected my family. You protected my neighbors and fellow citizens when we were all too busy to notice when our government wasted our money or worse operated in an outright corrupt fashion. You were our faithful and loyal watchdog–so let me say again thank you for having our backs, protecting our pocketbooks, exposing corruption, and helping address government waste. Your efforts helped restore our nation’s objective of a more perfect union.
Adam, I also want to thank you on a more personal level for keeping it real, meaningful and genuine. No matter how intense our topic of discussion, Adam made clear that his wife Kerry and his daughters Ellie, Molly and Emma were priority number one. Adam made sure that everyone he came in contact with knew that Adam cherished and loved his wife and daughters with all his heart. To those close to Adam, it was undeniable that Kerry was his soulmate and his daughters were his most valuable and precious diamonds of life.
Thank you Adam for your genuine selfless efforts. We owe you a tremendous debt of gratitude. Thank you for being our watchdog. Thank you for being our friend and advocate. Thank you for being you and may God Bless You.
My deepest sympathies to your family, friends, colleagues and neighbors.
Thank You Brother

Posted at 07:09h, 20 AugustAdam – you will surely be missed, especially for
exposing “ government crime”. It was reported you died in died in your sleep. Interesting! I and thousands of others would like to know the “root cause” of your death. Especially if it can be linked back to our wonderful government.

Posted at 19:30h, 19 AugustAdam was a close personal friend over many years. His dedication to bringing public corruption to the attention of the general public was second to none. He was a courageous crime fighter, dedicating his time, talent, and personal resources for the express purpose of making state and federal governments accountable. Adam, thank you for exposing all the wrongdoing that prevents Illinois and our Nation from being all it was meant to be.. In my book, you are a Patriot.

Posted at 16:20h, 19 AugustI heard this morning on 560am that Adam had passed away over this weekend. I first met Adam 25 or so years ago when he knocked on my door and sold my small business an ad in his Homepages phone book. I thought the idea was great to have phone books geared at the towns. I followed his career and often shared his open the books site in my social media.
Adam will be sorely missed. Condolences to his wife and daughters. God speed

Posted at 15:32h, 19 AugustSad & Tragic Loss of Adam Andrzejewski – One Who Sought & Succeeded In Providing Truth In Government To The Public. It is still unbelievable to at least me that Adam is gone, let alone find out in this manner, not befitting the greatness, bravery, and patriotism of the man, Adam Andrzejewski. Thankfulness for your accomplishments and work, still set in motion. God bless you.

Posted at 12:35h, 19 AugustA tremendous loss of a true patriot. I volunteered for his campaign when he ran for governor. It was truly a grassroots campaign with many of us volunteers writing handwritten letters to voters on Adams behalf. As the years have passed, we can see that God had a far bigger and better plan for Adam as he created Open the Books. He leaves a powerful legacy.
