St. Clair Co., Ill. (ECWd) –
The subpoena issued to the ECWd last week for records related to an alleged source located in St. Clair County, Illinois, was voluntarily withdrawn during the status hearing this morning.

This happened prior to our filing of a Motion to Quash under the Illinois Reporter’s Privilege Act.
