Former Plainfield Township Supervisor Pleads Guilty To Wire Fraud – Sentenced to Prison – $1,370,165.04 Restitution

Anthony Fremarek, the former Plainfield Township Supervisor has pleaded guilty to defrauding a company in which he was one of the 5 partners as well as the CFO and Manager which we covered in this article last November, 2022.

Fremarek was sentenced in February of this year on one count of Wire Fraud.

“The defendant is hereby committed to the custody of the Federal Bureau of Prisons to be imprisoned for a total term of Thirty-six (36) months as to count 1s”

“Count(s) Counts 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, and 6 of the Indictment. dismissed on the motion of the United States.”

Lump sum payment of $1,370,265.04 due immediately, payable to NETRIX LLC, F/K/A PSC GROUP, C/O WINTRUST BANK N.A 231 S LASALLE, FLOOR 2

    Townships are fraud, waste and tax abuse! Townships? Should be abolished! Township elimination should be a priority of Illinois Lawmakers!
