Tiffany Henyard’s Good Burger Behind On Rent Again; Contract In Jeopardy –

Tiffany Henyard, the Mayor of Dolton and Thornton Township Supervisor, is also the owner of “Good Burger.”

Good Burger has a contract with the South Suburban College to provide food and things to their students and staff.

We previously wrote about Good Burger, and Henyard’s failure to pay rent to the college for months on end, and how the college waived most of the back rent but forced her to make good on a bounced check. We also wrote about the company failing to remain in good standing with the Secretary of State, and that the college was threatening to cancel her contract for unsanitary conditions.

Now, we find the South Suburban College has sent her numerous demands to pay the late rent owed the college, and also has informed her that her contract expires on November 21, 2022.

As of our FOIA request response on October 18, 2022, Henyard and Good Burger had yet to pay the August and September rent of $416.67 each month, and from all appearances, has not paid the required commissions up to date since the letters indicate the college needs to determine the remaining commissions due to them.
