Federal Judge Rules Against Federal Mandates Of Masks On Airplanes/Mass Transit –

By John Kraft & Kirk Allen

On April 18, 2022

TAMPA, FL. (ECWd) –

a limited remedy would be no remedy at all

Today, U.S. District Judge Kathryn Kimball Mizelle, in the Middle District of Florida, shot down President Biden Administration’s mandates of masks on airplanes and other modes of mass transit.

The mandate exceeded the CDC’s statutory authority, improperly invoked the good cause exemption to notice an rulemaking, and failed to adequately explain its decisions. Because “our system does not permit agencies to act unlawfully even in pursuit of desirable ends,” the Court declares unlawful and vacates the mask mandate.” See page 58 of the Order.

ALL mandates are nothing more than suggestions. Our ‘prized’ system of justice has been bogged down by sniveling over goofball stuff that should never have been an issue in the first place. The world has become completely corrupt with fear porn and fake justice.

Just read that the CTA, Metra and Pace will still be enforcing the masking. By whose authority? This needs to stop. It appears they are not afraid of law suits.
