Gary Lance finally resigned as Village President of Bellmont, Illinois.
Lance was the Village President who was accused of using village equipment on his personal property (caught on video), admitted to lying to the Courts “because it was fun” and was sanctioned by the Judge, flipped off a trustee during a meeting, filed for frivolous no stalking orders and plead the 5th during the court hearing, locked trustees out of village hall, and threatened a reporter and called police with fake allegations.
Good riddance.
