Seminole School District – 165-Page Brief Outlines Justification For Removal of Superintendent –

Seminole County, FL (ECWd) –

Our sister organization, the American Watchdogs Inc., provided their local government accountability training earlier in the year to just under 100 local citizens in Seminole County Florida.  It didn’t take long for a common theme to come to the surface during the 4-hour training, citizens were fed up with the methods used by the Seminole County School Board in the hiring of a new Superintendent.

In our first story on the malfeasance, we identified by the School Board and newly hired Superintended can be found in this article. Fast forward to today and it’s clear those in attendance, which included members of the Seminole County Alliance for Responsible Government (SCARG), grasped the power of knowing the laws and applying them to their local government.

The SCARG prepared the 165-page Brief outlining the justification for the removal of the current School Superintendent Serita Beamon, which ranges from violations of the Florida Sunshine laws to civil rights concerns.

We encourage everyone to read this information to grasp what We The People can accomplish when they put their heads together to solve problems rather than create them. The Brief appears to be put together as a two prong approach, 1) giving the board a chance to fix the malfeasance or 2) ending up in court to answer for the alleged violations of law.

A copy of the Brief can be viewed below or downloaded at this link.  We understand copies have been given to the Board members and are also being distributed to numerous other State Agencies to include a copy going to Florida Governor Desantis.

And on top of it, their logotype is poorly designed.
