Kankakee Judge Extends Restraining Order, Adds 53 More Employees Protected Against Riverside Hospital –

Kankakee, IL. (ECWd) –

Today, a Kankakee County Judge extended the Temporary Restraining Order until January 11, 2022, and another 53 Riverside Hospital employees came within the Court’s Order and fell under the protection of the TRO.

This to prohibits the hospital from requiring the COVID shot(s) as a condition of employment for those original 5 nurses and an additional 53 other employees – at least until January 11, 2022.

    I wonder if these employees are required to get flu shots as a condition of employment – if so they shouldn’t be required to have that shot either. And, if the employer requires drug testing that should be done away with as that would infringe upon my rights.

    Typical of all governments to mess everything up. Then the people have to go through all kinds of contortions to get back to what should have never been up for grabs in the first place.
