Any ideas on the outcome of this? Just from your perspectives. I think I know how this case is going to go and it will go in the favor of Dominion.
I question why Well renowned Attorneys such as Sidney Powell and Rudi would make false statements without facts or evidence, if they did. Where is the evidence and why will no one look at it?
Maybe this will come down to their voicing an opinion, etc…
We are living in very unsettling times right now, just keep praying and staying strong.

Posted at 10:02h, 14 AugustWOW. Where to begin. It’s a simple article covering the status of the lawsuits. Nothing more. How you can assert a reason for us posting it is amazing sicne you have not even talked to us about this article. It’s called NEWS. NOTHING more.
Who I support or don’t support politically is no ones business.
How is publishing the judge ruling on a single motion spiteful to anyone? I don’t know any of them so how on earth could it be personal? This case has NOTHING to do with who runs this country right now.
My relationship with my Lord and Savior is on solid ground and your implication of otherwise tells me a lot. It’s not your place to judge my faith. If you want to attack me, my work, etc, so be it, but when it comes to my faith, you are out of line.
As far as it being a great day because Discovery can begin, it could have begun a long time ago had there been no motion to Dismiss. If the goal was Discovery why file a motion to Dismiss?
My posting the status of this case has not aided in destroying this country.
What IS destroying this country is comments like yours that are based on nothing but your opinion without a shred of evidence to support your allegations. I call them ramblings and when those ramblings rise to the level of personal attacks, they will not be approved for publication moving forward. Speak truth with facts or post elsewhere.

What I find most distressing as an individual is how adament (sp) & upset people get and how they seem to want to defend these individuals, wh they support politically, when as you reported that you just told what went on. Off topic, but what is scary to me is that people become so upset with rules – wearing a mask on an airline, or a teacher beating up some teacher because they see their kid coming out of school with a mask on (school rule) (CA), These same people don’t seem to be upset with wearing shoes & shirt in the store (a rule). When public health falls down we all lose whether your dem/rep/green party/whatever. As a society we become our own worse enemy

Posted at 09:01h, 15 AugustI am not suggesting that Dominion is innocent, I am basing my opinion on how the courts have been ruling on so many cases violating our Constitution, etc.. In fact, we know that Dominion’s contracts that were signed encouraged and aided lack of transparency. What were they trying to hide?
However, with the lawlessness we are witnessing, too many people are getting away with things they should not and others are being prosecuted or charged when they should not.
I don’t know if this will ever go anywhere and on the plus side it would be great to finally have “Discovery” on what did or did not take place in the election. If there is evidence, let the people see it.
