PARIS, IL. (ECWd) –
Zachary Smith was in Court today, and was charged with First Degree Murder, a Class M Felony.
The Judge set his Bond at $500,000 (10% to apply), and was ordered to have no contact with the Matthew Morgan family.
A preliminary Hearing is set for June 17 @ 9:00 a.m. in Courtroom 2.
This charge stems from a June 8, 2021 incident which resulted the death of Matthew Morgan, Paris, IL.
