Norton Still In Contempt Of Court; Admonished On Purging Contempt –

By John Kraft & Kirk Allen

On June 10, 2021

WESLEY TOWNSHIP, IL. (ECWd) –

In Court this morning, Judge Osterberger held a purge hearing on her previous finding of Norton’s (Civil) Contempt of Court.

The Court Ordered the following:

  • Norton to complete “truthful” income and assets form and provide that form with all related documents to Plaintiff’s attorney no later than July 1, 2021
  • Norton to appear in Court to be put under Oath for a Citation Examination Hearing on July 26, 2021
  • The Purge Order can be modified at any time.

The Court also informed Norton that should he fail in the purge, there are other steps that could be ordered, such as, a fine for each day he fails or jail sanctions until cured.

During the Hearing, Norton once again lied to the Court by claiming there was “well documented” witness intimidation for several cases, including DuPage, Avon, Pecatonica, and several other places (for the record, there are no documents and there is/was no witness intimidation).

He also falsely claimed some type of potential criminal charges.

Finally, the Court DENIED Norton’s Motion for Discovery.

When a person signals his contempt for the law by providing false statements, by filing false legal actions: against others and then by practicing intimidation tactics upon the innocent, should one ask, “What limits does that person really have? That question should be followed with “What is this person capable of?
    Slammer down………

Enough time and money has been wasted on him, throw him in jail and be done with it.
