Former appointed, then lost the election, Wesley Township Road Commissioner John Norton has been ordered to appear in Court to answer Citations To Discover Assets related to the case he lost, and Judgments entered against him, when he sued Leonard McCubbin and others, and was ordered by the Court to pay attorney fees in the amount of $3843.52, and additional moneys for another defendant. The frivolous case was dismissed under the Citizen Participation Act.

He has been ordered to appear in Will County Courtroom 1002 at 9:00 a.m. on April 6, 2021.
