Judge Beryl A. Howelll signed an order today in a matter tied to an alleged Bribery for Pardon Scheme involving a “Secret Lobbying Scheme in which two unnamed people acted as lobbyists to Senior White House officials, without complying with the registration requirements of the Lobbying Disclosure Act” to secure a pardon or reprieve of sentence for an unnamed person and a related bribery conspiracy scheme, in which an unnamed person would offer a substantial political contribution in exchange for a presidential pardon or reprieve of sentence for.
While key elements of the document we obtained have been redacted, it will be most telling to see the results of this criminal investigation that has been taking place and already resulted in the seizure of “over fifty digital media devices, including iPhones, iPads, laptops, thumb drives, and computer and external hard drives. From the current work the document confirms “email communications have been identified “indicat[ing] additional criminal activity,”
” ORDERED that a redacted version of this Order removing personally identifying information from the caption, along with the Redacted Memorandum Opinion attached to this Order that is a redacted version of the 2020 Memorandum Opinion, ECF No. 7, be unsealed and posted on the Court’s website; and it is further
“ORDERED that the government shall file, by the earlier of November 30, 2021 or, within thirty days of when any public disclosure obviates the need for further sealing, a status report advising the Court whether the 2020 Memorandum Opinion, ECF No. 7, may be further unsealed and proposing any redactions to be made prior to any unsealing.”

The people have a right to know what lobbyists are illegally meddling? Why would they be afforded anonymity in a public criminal case filing and investigation? Do these “lobbyists” represent a foreign country.
