Nation-Wide Injunction Against USPS just issued

By Kirk Allen & John Kraft

On September 17, 2020

U.S. (ECWd) –

Fourteen states filed a Motion for Preliminary Injunction against US President Donald Trump and the Director of the US Postal Service.  The filing was in the US District Court, Eastern District of Washington on August 18, 2020.  The court granted a nation-wide Preliminary Injunction today.

“Plaintiffs assert the changes to the Postal Service operations threaten to disrupt the successful use of mail in balloting. States are reporting increased anxiety on the part of voters who have expressed concern that their mail-in ballots will not be delivered on time or at all. Officials in some states are concerned that voters may choose to vote in-person thereby increasing the risk of COVID-19 transmission at the voting centers.”

A copy of the order can be viewed below or downloaded at this link.

I question why the Republicans here in Illinois went along and encouraged this as well. Even though they were outvoted they should have been sounding alarm bells about the potential fraud, but instead they enabled this.

Congrats to everyone who is pushing for mail in voting, you invited the CCP in without any bloodshed. Hope you’re happy with the title of traitor. This country is lost.

I saw a mail truck at the cemetery yesterday, I guess they started delivering ballots.

The preceding was for entertainment purposes only…

Oh please. If you can riot and loot you can go to the polls and vote in person. Another democrat attempt to commit voter fraud through mail in ballots.

This feels like an order to avert a first-class, post-election challenge reminiclscent of chad counting in the Sunshine State. The “Officials in some states….” better do more than express concern about risk to in-person voting. With the motion alone, plaintiffs are stand-oouts with no excuse for not minimizing risk to voters and polling place officials. None whatsoever.

      Minimizing risk of what?

“…to vote in-person thereby increasing the risk of COVID-19 transmission at the voting centers.”

Concerned officials can review official COVID-19 responses.
