Scheduled Hearings @ Clay County Circuit Court were.:
- Bailey v Pritzker – Motion to Bar Responsive Pleading, Motion for Summary Judgment (Granted Counts 2 and 3)
- Mainer v IDPH and ISBE – Motion for Temporary Restraining Order (dropped by Plaintiff)
We live-streamed from the lawn of the courthouse immediately after the Hearings with an interview and discussion with Representative Darren Bailey and Attorney Thomas DeVore.

Posted at 17:46h, 02 JulyTremendous victory for the citizens of Illinois and Representative Bailey. We don’t need a governor that won’ follow the law and we certainly don’t need an Attorney General that doesn’t understand the law. Shame on our Attorney General and his staff. Everyone of them needs fired.
This has been a dog and pony show for the benefit of the governor’s ego and the State of Chicago: which only cost us another ton of money.
The State of Illinois needs to leave the State of Chicago..
