Prior to the McHenry Co. Deputy’s offensive phone call: Chicago Police, Courts And Protective Services Ignored Warnings Before Death Of 2-Year-Old Child –

We published the recording of a McHenry County Sheriff’s Deputy’s offensive and intimidating phone call to a grieving mother (here) last week. Yesterday, Michael Volpe published an in-depth article on the timeline of events preceding that phone call, which ended in the death of a 2-year-old child.

The article below shows how several law enforcement agencies, the Court system, and the Illinois Department of Child and Family Services ignored warnings before the child’s death in November of this year.

Even after the death, problems continued with the Cook County Medical Examiner’s Office and a private autopsy, where the Medical Examiner withheld certain organs from the private examiner.

A suburban Chicago woman told the Daily Caller that police, the courts, and the Department of Child and Family Services (DCFS) all ignored numerous warnings about her former partner. Now her two-year-old son is dead.

On October 31, 2019, at approximately 9:50 PM Kara Witkowski’s two-year-old son was found dead at the home of her ex-boyfriend, Thomas Biel.
