Edgar County being sued by ECSSA Inc.

Edgar Co. (ECWd) –

Yesterday ECSSA Inc. filed a lawsuit against Edgar County seeking in excess of $50,000.00.  Reviewing the spreadsheet provided as an exhibit in the filing it appears in excess of $300K is owed.  We raised the question “Did Edgar County stiff the former ambulance provider for over $300K?” in this article and it appears ECSSA firmly believes so.

We understand the ECSSA Inc. owners attempted to resolve this matter to avoid additional litigation costs however the County has both refused to discuss the matter and denied any funds are owed.
