Wesley Township Finger flipper and family facing Default Judgement motion

BY KIRK ALLEN & JOHN KRAFT

ON April 10, 2019

Will Co. (ECWd) -

A Motion for Default Judgement has been filed against the Norton Family for their alleged participation in Slander Per Se, False Light Invasion of Privacy, and Civil Conspiracy against a local citizen that has been attempting to hold the Township Government accountable.

Named in the Default Judgement Motion are Sarah Norton, current Township Clerk, John Norton, former Highway Commissioner and father to Sarah Norton, and Donald Norton, the father of John, grandfather of Sarah.  Nothing like keeping it all in the family.

A copy of the motion can be downloaded at this link or viewed below.

So 2 million in cumulative awards. What do you think the odds are on the plaintiff collecting one thin dime. It’s been my experience that civil judgement’s aren’t worth their weight in styro-foam.

Correct, but they can keep a person from getting a loan, divert any tax returns to satisfy the judgment, etc…
