the claims: 1 illegally obtained a key 2. illegally accessed the area 3. illegally opened another person’s addressed mail. So if one is going to make these claims, there has to be evidence of all three charges. Otherwise what we have here is a smollet and a libel case. Filer, beware.

Is THAT the entire report ! ? That’s about like the famed police instructor, JD “Buck” Savage’s example of an incomplete DUI report, “Saw drunk. Arrested same.” End of Report. What can be discerned from this poor excuse for a police report? Answer: NOTHING ! Most of the time, when reports are scarce for details, it’s a sign that there will be no investigation. I’d like to know what “Disposition: 029” represents. That, in and of itself, might tell us if the case is dead in the water or pending referral to an investigator, or otherwise referred for follow-up. Also, I never saw a specific offense listed such as Burglary, Theft, Official Misconduct, etc. The nearest reference to an actual offense is, “Possible break in at the bldg / complaint on an emp”. And, who is the “Clerck” who is opening mail illegally? ‘Cause it specifically states that Spinelli is a Trustee. Are these two different people ? Maybe there is something more to it, but at this point, It sounds more like a pissing contest between the Township personnel.

The “Township Trustee” illegally acquired a key to the Road District Building. Two separate entities.
Kinda like illegally obtaining a key to your Neighbors House and using it to go inside their home.
As far as the Mail Tampering goes… Mail is addressed to Road Commissioner not Clerk.
Again same example as above, instead of a key your opening your Neighbors Mail, I don’t think that is legal also.
Waiting to see how the law/parties proceed, and what the outcome is.
