Wesley Township – Donald, John and Sarah Norton being sued – A family affair

By Kirk Allen & John Kraft

On December 1, 2018

Will Co. (ECWd) –

The former finger flipping Highway Commissioner for Wesley Township, John Norton, who thought he could get away with calling people a pedophile has now landed his whole family in a legal battle that he is sure to lose.

I say sure to lose because he is on video calling a MICHAEL ESPOSITO a pedophile in a public building.   Mr. Esposito is listed as a new Plaintiff in the lawsuit that originally only named Wesley Township Trustee Kathleen Kennedy.

According to an amended complaint filed in Will County, John Norton’s testimony during his failed attempt at getting an order of protection against a local citizen has lead to not only him being named in a new complaint, but also his father and daughter.  Nothing like keeping it in the family.

“Defendants agreed in conspiracy to malign and defame the good name and character of BRZANA by labeling her a pedophile and a whore.”

The complaint seeks $1,000,000.00 in damages for each count.

  • COUNT I -FALSE LIGHT INVASION OF PRIVACY
  • COUNT II – SLANDER PER SE
  • COUNT III -LIBEL PER SE
  • COUNT IV – CIVIL CONSPIRACY
  • COUNT V – FALSE LIGHT INVASION OF PRIVACY (MICHAEL ESPOSITO V JOHN NORTON)
  • COUNT VI – SLANDER PER SE (ESPOSITO V. JOHN NORTON)

For those that wonder why John Norton’s father is named, it is because according to John Norton’s testimony in his bogus Order of Protection attempts, he testified that the phone and internet service being used in the alleged violations of law are not owned by John, but rather his father.  I’m going to guess that daddy senior is not going to be real happy when he gets served.

A copy of the amended complaint can be downloaded at this link or viewed below.

Additionally, a copy of the bogus and laughable testimony of John Norton from the Order of Protection hearing can be downloaded at this link or viewed below the amended complaint below.
