Iroquois Co. (ECWd) –
Jed Beaupre made a motion that a bonus for evaluations should be given at the discretion of the Director – $50 for poor performance, $75 for meet expectations, and $100 for exceed expectations. Bill Stanley seconded the motion. All members voted “aye”.

Posted at 05:14h, 21 AugustIt appears like the Board meeting was 2006. Are they still doing that?? Yes, it is a poor practice to reward with $ poor performance and meets the standards. I’m not sure the importance fo this board meeting info, unless this is a practice they are doing now?

Posted at 23:29h, 20 AugustI can’t even wrap my head around this one…a bonus for poor performance? Yeah, the bonus should be termination. Unfortuantely, I’m sure this is not the first or last entity in this state that has approved something like this.
