Stark County State’s Attorney letter PROVES board knew meeting was Special Meeting

By Kirk Allen & John Kraft

On June 17, 2017

Stark County (ECWd) –

As if the board member’s own signatures requesting a special meeting was not enough to inform them their meeting June 15th, 2017, was, in fact, a special meeting, look no further!

Their own legal counsel, State’s Attorney James Owens, sent them all the communication posted below regarding their SPECIAL MEETING.

It was sent to them by e-mail according to the document, and this is yet another piece of evidence that points to the Chairman, Member Howes and Member Lindner as not being fit for public office.  Any elected official that will misrepresent facts and lie to the public have no business in public office.

Just as I stated when addressing the board, this was, in fact, a special meeting!

Board members Magnussan, Howes and Lindner should resign for lying to us by claiming this was not a special meeting when overwhelming evidence proves they knew such a claim was false!

Everything is scripted by the States Attorney? Is he in charge? Here’s what you should and shouldn’t do? Not rhetorical questions. I’d like to know. Also, how are there so many public bodies with different rules on who can speak..about what..for what time..only if they sign up ahead of time? Is this Democracy? Is this how it works everywhere? Is it legal?

We believe there are problems with their public comment policy and are addressing appropriately.
It appears the State’s Attorney was asked for his input, because it is obvious the Chair does not know how a meeting is supposed to be run.

Demanding Howes, Linder and Forgive me Zerla not sure of the spelling to RESIGN IN A FAST TIMELY MANNER. I will continue to bring forth the neglect of the OMA Statutes with multiple infractions of them with monetary penalties and possible Class C Misdemeaners…when your focusing on fraud and power hungry mongers attitudes without an ounce of regret it is time to reveal to them that You Are Not Above The Law..CONGRATULATIONS Stark County Citizens. GOD Bless You ECWD
