But why did it take ‘a coupla Southern Illinois hayseeds’ from 200 miles away to expose Towne’s misdeeds to the disinfectant of sunlight?
And the answer boys and girls, is we are in Illinois, or as as some have called it, Madiganistan. Where lawlessness rules. Where traditional evil-fighting institutions have broken down. Where there appears to be no end in sight.
