According to WTHI-TV (article here):
An investigation is underway after police say 30-100 shots were fired at the National Guard Armory on Maple Avenue in Terre Haute.
It happened just after midnight on Sunday morning.
Police were initially called to the armory after receiving reports of a person being hit by a vehicle.
When officers arrived, they found hundreds of vehicles and thousands of people in the parking lot of the armory and the school.
Police observed people in the parking lot fighting.
After investigating, police learned that a private group was allowed to . . . continue reading and watch the video on WTHI-TV. . .

We have to ask:
Who allowed a private party to happen at the Armory?
How quick will the Indiana National Guard place a state-wide ban on private parties at National Guard Armories?
