ELGIN, IL. (ECWd) –
UDATED with copy of restraining order…
Kane County Circuit Court has issued the Temporary Restraining Order in favor of School Board Member Jeanette Ward and against the U46 School Board.
The District has on its meeting agenda for tonight, an item to vote on destruction of closed session recordings more than 18 months old. This would have included the recording Ward has been attempting to gain access to for the past several months.
A TRO, an Emergency TRO, and a Lawsuit were filed today in Kane County Circuit Court by Ward for access to closed session recordings from prior to her term of office.
Those court filings are in this previous article (here).

Imagining just how juicy that discussion must have been. Would that very large and very unpleasant woman on the board do this against Mrs. Ward just for the power and control, costing many taxpayer dollars? Then she is really inept, needs to be removed from the Board for clear violation of her Sworn duties. But really let’s give her credit-I’ve seen her in her boisterous activity, so much energy to squash Mrs’ Ward like the tiny little person she is, steamroll by missbigandlarge. NO WAY. There is something in those minutes and if not missbigandlarge just wasted your dollars U46 taxpayers. Still want her on your Board?
