Kane County Circuit Court has issued the Temporary Restraining Order in favor of School Board Member Jeanette Ward and against the U46 School Board.
The District has on its meeting agenda for tonight, an item to vote on destruction of closed session recordings more than 18 months old. This would have included the recording Ward has been attempting to gain access to for the past several months.
A TRO, an Emergency TRO, and a Lawsuit were filed today in Kane County Circuit Court by Ward for access to closed session recordings from prior to her term of office.
