According to the Tribune report linked above in the lie by now former school board president Malloy, he stated “he hadn’t heard of “Superdog” until March 2015, when the teachers union held a question and answer session and one of the participants stood up to ask about a “dog-training facility.”
“I had to say to the guy, ‘I have to be honest, I don’t know what you’re talking about,'” Molloy recalled. “And if there was a dog-training facility I guess as a board member I have to own the fact that there was one and I have to apologize for the fact I didn’t know it existed.”
You sir, are simply unable to tell the truth to the people of your district.
As I first reported on this character, he has no business as a public official for more reasons than I can count. All you have to do is read the first article, and then this one, and it’s clear, this man’s resignation may be the best thing ever for Lincoln Way District 210.
How can a person claim to know nothing about the “Superdog” training facility when he is the very person who signed the contract in July of 2012 between the Park District and the School District, which specifically references the Superdog facility on page 2 of the agreement?
What other contracts has this guy signed that he knows nothing about?
Is it any wonder this school district is in the mess that it’s in? All you have to do is read his boo-hoo sob story in the Tribune about how much time he volunteers in the District. For a public official to call people animals for exercising their 1st Amendment rights of addressing their government, it shows you how out of touch this guy is. He has publicly complained about how his Christmas was ruined by our first reports of malfeasance under his watch, and now he lashes out with name calling and excuses about how much ‘he’ does in the district. To date, he seems to fail to realize this is not about him, it’s about the students, the faculty, and the Taxpayers, of which he has let them all down with his failed leadership, just as we pointed out in our very first article.
This is yet another example of failed leadership that when exposed blames others as he slithers away like a scattering cockroach when the lights come on.

Posted at 07:39h, 30 JanuaryThank you Edgar Co! This may have started with the closing of LWN, but now it’s about finding the truth and stopping all of this wrong doing. I also have been attending the BOE mtgs, and Thursday night I watched grown adults from the Westside of the district flip a young girl off as she spoke to the board during public comment. Talk about class!? I guess it’s easy for some to cast stones at others when they don’t look in the mirror. People need to take a step back, breathe, and think about the big picture. If someone was stealing from their personal bank account, would you just stand there and watch the account drain!? HELL NO! You would fight, and that is what the LW people should be doing; together. We don’t need to close any school! We need to make the administration and BOE held accountable!

Have you considered why Malloy never thought of the impact that his acts\decisions would have on his family? No one is this oblivious. Sad that his family will suffer the consequences of his actions. Perhaps these events will serve as a reminder to the sitting and future board members to perform their due diligence. This is an opportunity to serve the citizens of your district. Not an opportunity to serve your own interests.
Wake up Jack. His poor decisions were pissing away your tax dollars too.

I have never been so embarrassed as I have been at the last few board meetings. The language, the threats and demeanor of some of these parents is simply awful. I agree that there has been some failed leadership, misappropriation of funds, etc. However, the way “grown-ups” conduct themselves is very telling. No wonder we have a bunch of kids that can’t accept the word “no”. Look how the parents deal with it.

Posted at 12:47h, 09 FebruaryCandace. If you speak to the kids at LWN the vast majority are taking “no” very well, as are most of the kids in the district who will be making changes. It is a testament to all the LW parents. What the kids aren’t involved with/aware of is the financial malfeasance of this school board. It was only recognized when taxpayers of this school district were blindsighted with the abrupt closing of an 8 year old school without any financial explanation other than an unsubstantiated claim that it will save 5 million dollars.
Everyone that lives in this community should care and be concerned. Thank goodness the blinders are slowly being lifted and people are realizing that the problem isn’t that LWN is closing. People from each of the schools are seeing the big picture. The problem is that many of our elected officials are either totally incompetent or are complete criminals and have hid a huge problem. This has an impact on everyone in the community. We were bamboozled by this school board and Dr. Wyllie about ten years ago into building 2 new schools. Let’s stop the insanity. Let’s be transparent, look at real numbers and employ our best resources to solve this problem.

His resignation is the best thing that could of ever happened to the district. His own personal corruption against the district will come out soon, it’s not that hard to dig it up.
