DuPage Co. (ECWd) –
A violation of Article 5 of this Ordinance (COD Policy) shall be prosecuted as a criminal offense by an attorney for College of DuPage by filing in the circuit court an information, or a sworn complaint, charging such offense. The prosecution shall be under and conform to the rules of criminal procedure. Conviction shall require the establishment of the guilt of the defendant beyond a reasonable doubt.

That quote came from this article I ran back in April of this year. After that article I ran this one with even more compelling information that should be used to hold Breuder accountable.
Now, with more evidence in hand, it is once again time for those responsible for abusing our tax dollars to be prosecuted, to include those board members involved in the process.
According to their own minutes, Fifty-four percent (54%) of District 502 residents would favor a $168 million no-tax rate increase bond proposal to repair, renovate and expand its facilities. (See minutes below)

(5) Surveying or gathering information from potential or actual voters in an election to determine probable vote outcome in connection with a campaign for elective office, or on behalf of a political organization for political purposes, or for or against any referendum question
These minutes are another piece of evidence that Breuder and the Board violated board policy and spent COD money on a survey which gathered information from voters to determine probable vote outcome for the $168 Million dollar bond referendum.
