Clark Co., IL. (ECWd) –
The Clark County Board has posted an agenda for a Special Meeting to be held on Wednesday, October 7, 2015 at 8:00 a.m. at the Clark County Courthouse.
On the Agenda is: “Appoint Ethics Commission” – presumably after receipt of an Ethics Complaint naming the Clark County Clerk, Carrie Downey, as defendant.

Seems like none of them have ethics … Use to think these people in Marshall was a lot more ethical but now , Not … I guess its not actually the people because like people everywhere they are limited to their choices and only the lowlifes run for these offices …

Posted at 13:49h, 03 OctoberI would think they would most definitely need something in place in light of the recent happenings with the circuit clerk as well as the county clerk…..but if the states attorney is on it, they may as well not bother.
