Clark Co. Board to Appoint Ethics Commission at Special Meeting –

Clark Co., IL. (ECWd) –
The Clark County Board has posted an agenda for a Special Meeting to be held on Wednesday, October 7, 2015 at 8:00 a.m. at the Clark County Courthouse.
On the Agenda is:  “Appoint Ethics Commission” – presumably after receipt of an Ethics Complaint naming the Clark County Clerk, Carrie Downey, as defendant.
