College of DuPage - Breuder's Contract and all Addenda to be declared Void Ab Initio - Homeland Security Building to be named after Medal Of Honor recipient!

BY KIRK ALLEN & JOHN KRAFT

ON September 15, 2015

DuPage Co. (ECWd) -
The agenda for the this weeks COD board meeting has been posted and it appears we are finally seeing true leadership from the new board.

  • Item #10 is to vote on the Declaration That Dr. Breuder’s Employment Contract And All Amendments And Addenda Thereto Are Void Ab Initio.
  • Item 11. is to vote on a "Proclamation Naming Homeland Security Education Center in Honor of Congressional Medal of Honor Recipient Staff Sgt. Robert J. Miller

My compliments to the board for the courage they have displayed by moving in this direction.  Now we can only hope this board can unite for what is right and vote unanimously for these actions as its clearly the right thing to do!
I encourage everyone to show up to this weeks meeting and provide encouragement to the board to pass these measures not only with a majority vote but a unanimous vote!

Of great interest is the fact the very claims we have made for months are outlined in the board packet.  See page 7&8 of the board packet.
