Judical Review of Clark County Electoral Board determinations scheduled -

DANVILLE, IL. (ECWd) -

The schedule has been set for Petition for Judicial Review of the Clark County Electoral Board petition objection determinations of the candidate petitions for Clark County Park District Commissioner.

On Tuesday, February 17, at 2 p.m. in Courtroom 1B of the Vermilion County Courthouse (Danville, IL.), a hearing on all pending matters, including pretrial motions will be heard.

We will keep this matter updated as needed.

    I once was discouraged from attending court proceedings on a private lawsuit matter. Can audience members be present for this proceeding? Are members of the general public interested in seeing the wheels of justice rotate on this matter allowed to be in the courtroom OR are these matters closed to “outsiders?”

      Open to the public as with almost any other civil suit / judicial review process…
